PatriciaWPatricia Warsaba is the 1st Vice-Chair of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, as well as partner at McKercher LLP.

Patricia Warsaba, Q.C. is a senior commercial and corporate partner in the McKercher LLP Regina office. She has a broad range of experience handling and advising on corporate governance matters, securities and equity financing, commercial and residential real estate transactions, sales and acquisitions, financing, and development.  Patricia is unique in Saskatchewan by having significant experience in entertainment law. 

She is a Director of Creative Saskatchewan and a Director of Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists and Technicians.   She is a former director and trustee of the board of the National Film Board of Canada and past board member and Vice-Chair of the Regina Airport Authority.  She has been recognized as a Woman of Influence in Saskatchewan for her efforts as a professional in 2011.  She has been listed as a leading practitioner in the Canadian Legal LexpertTM Directory and has been recognized by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers© in Canada 2015 for the areas of Entertainment Law, Mergers and Acquisitions Law, and Corporate Law and designated ‘Lawyer of the Year’ for Regina in the area of Corporate Law for 2015.  She was called to the Bar in 1983 and appointed Q.C. in 2010.
